Whistleblower Protection Act

Here, you—our employees and managers—can report violations of laws or regulations within our corporate group in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) enacted on June 2, 2023. Reports can be made in person, in writing, or by phone, and anonymously if desired. We have a fundamental interest in uncovering misconduct, but we also caution against making false reports. This tool is not intended to encourage denunciation in any way. Reports must be made in good faith so that no counterclaims can be made later. However, mere allegations are of no help to anyone, which is why only substantiated allegations can be meaningfully investigated. To this end, we have established an external reporting office, which can be contacted as needed via the following channels:
