Whistleblower Protection Act

Here, you, our employees and executives, can report violations of laws or regulations under the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), passed on June 2, 2023, within our corporate group. This can be done in person, in writing, or by phone, and anonymously if desired. We have a fundamental interest in uncovering misconduct but also warn against false reports. This tool is not intended to support denunciation in any way. Actions must be taken in verifiable good faith so that no counter-accusation is possible later. However, mere assertions are not helpful, which is why only a verifiable accusation can be meaningfully pursued. For this purpose, we have established an external reporting office that can be contacted as follows if needed:
