Precision processes from raw material selection to chemical finishing
The production process begins with the careful selection of high-quality raw materials, which are specifically optimized for their intended use. At the heart of the process is the wet grinding method, in which crushed concentrates are ground to particle sizes below 0.04 mm to achieve maximum fineness. The products then undergo a chemical treatment that eliminates natural color variations and produces pure white powders. This is complemented by modern dry grinding and screening systems that enable precise gradation of brightness and particle size.
Flexible Adaptation and Customized Logistics
A key competitive advantage lies in the high flexibility of production. The entire process is not carried out rigidly according to a set formula, but is dynamically adapted to customer-specific requirements regarding fineness, brightness, or chemical composition. This customization also extends to delivery: Depending on requirements, the products are transported in 25-kg bags, flexible big bags, or in bulk in a silo truck to ensure efficient and dust-free handling directly at the customer’s site.
Consistent quality assurance in our own laboratory
The reliability of German barite products is guaranteed by a rigorous quality management system. Extensive sampling is conducted throughout the production process for ongoing monitoring. Before shipment, each individual batch undergoes a final, detailed analysis in the company’s in-house laboratory. The material leaves the plant only after it has been successfully tested and approved, ensuring that customers receive a consistently high-quality end product.
